Eva’s new workspace is ready
Eva now has a full-screen environment, more actions and reports, and smart suggestions while you type. We have also expanded and standardized Italian and English translations.
Italian and English across the system
New areas and updated features have been localized in both languages.
- Text, commands, statuses, confirmation messages, and errors are available in Italian and English.
- Eva understands requests and recognizes actions and reports written in either language.
- This update is also displayed in the operator’s active language.
Eva now has a full-screen workspace
You can move from the compact chat to a dedicated workspace without losing the conversation.
- Open Eva from the workspace selector or from the button in the top-right chat.
- The new top bar clearly identifies Esdra and Eva and provides a single way back to management.
- The expanded panel keeps every feature already available in the compact chat.
More actions, analyses, and reports
Eva’s catalog gathers the operations available for your role and your company’s enabled features.
- Catalog and inventory: products, variants, prices, availability, stock counts, movements, and low-stock items.
- Purchasing and suppliers: orders, delivery notes, invoices, catalogs, opening stock, adjustments, and supplier returns.
- Sales, POS, and CRM: revenue, returns, cash movements, shipments, customers, contacts, opportunities, activities, and calendar.
- Sensitive actions always follow operator permissions and require confirmation when appropriate.
Conversations are easier to organize
The dedicated sidebar lets you manage chats as a true workspace.
- Create and rename folders, assign a color, and move conversations.
- Pin, rename, archive, or delete chats with dedicated controls.
- Every operation uses Eva’s own dialogs and controls instead of default browser prompts.
Suggestions while you type
Eva detects the intent of your request and immediately suggests the most relevant action or report.
- Recognition works with words and phrases in both Italian and English.
- Suggestions are permission-aware and can be selected with the mouse or keyboard.
- No operation runs automatically: you always decide when to start it.
Clearer loading and account information
The new interface communicates content and active-plan status more clearly.
- Dedicated loading skeletons for conversations, messages, actions, reports, and account data.
- The active user profile remains visible at the bottom of the sidebar, with the correct avatar and a fallback.
- Data usage and the remaining percentage are available directly in the Eva workspace.
