Esdra: a new workspace experience, from desktop to smartphone

More room for your work, refreshed dashboard and mobile navigation, shared Kanban views, report pages and improvements to Commerce, Inventory, PLM, POS and Dropshipping.

More space for your content

Operational workspaces use a continuous, full-container layout with fewer overlapping panels and unused margins.

  • Tables, filters and tools share a cleaner surface. Main actions sit at the top, with internal data scrolling where supported.
  • The sidebar is more compact and readable, keeping Esdra’s visual identity.

A more open dashboard

A scrollable app bar brings launchpad apps next to the Esdra icon.

  • Account, notifications, Support and EVA are easier to reach.
  • The introduction changes its background atmosphere throughout the day.

Esdra on your smartphone

Fixed navigation and scrollable work areas create a layout closer to a mobile app.

  • App and Menu controls, the header and the Esdra icon have been updated.
  • Compatible browsers offer installation on your device; the installation method depends on your browser and operating system.

Shared Kanban views

Common components make it easier to move between orders, commercial activities and PLM.

  • Drag records between stages where permitted by the workflow and your permissions.
  • Edit fields and visible notes inline, use compact action icons, open the side panel or the full record.
  • Additional validation prevents invalid workflow states.

Products and the worksheet

The product worksheet retains its operational approach with a layout better suited to desktop and mobile.

  • Compact size columns and additional stock context help you understand the data.
  • The individual Commerce product page follows the updated workspace layout.

Build complete report pages

Combine charts, tables and text blocks, then reorder and resize them to build your own view.

  • Clearer block insertion, saved layouts, data refresh and personal or team visibility, subject to permissions.
  • Fixes address report opening and page saving. Concurrent-edit checks help prevent older versions overwriting newer changes.
  • Supported exports include CSV, Excel and PDF.

Inventory and PLM

Purchase order details and barcode tracking have been aligned with the new workspace.

  • Quality inspection tables and automatic warehouse code generation have been corrected.
  • Stronger validation connects styles, tech packs, samples and production handoffs. Commerce products and inventory documents retain their source links.

POS and CRM

POS dashboards and reports use better organised containers across screen sizes.

  • The terminal bottom bar has been refined and the Locations table operation-loading error fixed.
  • CRM cards wrap long content and show editing controls on touch screens. Lead, customer and opportunity workflows retain their operational purpose.

A dedicated Dropshipping environment

Development of the management console and reseller B2B portals includes connected sign-in, company selection and guided onboarding.

  • The console covers products, catalogues, price lists, resellers, orders, shipments, returns, synchronisation and conflicts.
  • This week’s work includes catalogue and price-list versions, branding, ecommerce channels, APIs, webhooks and Enterprise operations.
  • Fixes address catalogue and price-list updates, reseller searches and channel loading. External integrations still require provider configuration and activation; a console entry does not mean a connection is already operational.

Sign-in, Support and Learn

My Esdra sign-in and registration use larger forms without outer cards, with Italian and English content.

  • Support offers more space, readable ticket fields and direct Esdra Learn links.
  • Since 31 August, feedback can be shared from Support, the dashboard and EVA. Public or private visibility remains an explicit choice before submission.

Cross-platform fixes

Updates address permissions, module access, role controls and separation of company data.

  • Navigation JavaScript, table Ajax requests and permitted record-saving operations have been corrected.
  • Available features depend on enabled apps, your plan and account permissions.
