Esdra updates: August 31 to September 27

A more direct way into your apps, clearer operational tools and a new home for product news. Here is what is changing in everyday work. Updates roll out progressively and depend on your account’s enabled modules and permissions.

Start from the Launchpad

The Launchpad becomes your starting point for choosing where to work.

  • The general dashboard gives way to the Launchpad. Previous home links also return to the app chooser.
  • Arrange your apps, set a favourite and keep your preferences.
  • The Esdra News button opens a simple floating panel while you choose your next app.

All product updates on Esdra Learn

Learn becomes the reference for product news, including earlier releases.

  • The new Updates area lists releases chronologically, with a dedicated page for every article.
  • Update dialogs in the management app are simpler: date, title, summary and details, with a link to the full article on Learn.
  • Articles are available in Italian and English. Private account communications remain inside the management app.

A more consistent interface, including on mobile

More room for work and fewer jumps between screens.

  • Tables, forms, sidebars and headers have been aligned across workspaces.
  • Mobile navigation keeps key controls within reach. Compatible browsers let you install Esdra from the browser.
  • Shared Kanban boards make cards and notes easier to manage.
  • Intrusive guided tips have been suspended pending a redesign.

Products and sizes in one workspace

Product tools and information come together in more practical panels.

  • Integrated panels replace separate embedded windows, with independent filters and expandable views.
  • Clearer product worksheets, variants and size columns, including useful information during stock receipt.
  • Dynamic size systems, supplier size comparisons and centimetre measurements help reduce ambiguity.
  • Company settings show the sections relevant to active modules.

Inventory: from maps to daily operations

Revised inventory screens make locations, products and quantities clearer.

  • Containers, hanging rails and precise placement, with an adaptable map and mobile access.
  • Updated operational screens with clearer loading states, editable sizes, categories and size systems.
  • Quantities remain separate from product settings. Validation errors preserve what you entered.
  • Improved receipts by size, purchase grids and supplier access, with quick creation or a full form when available.

Supplier returns within the purchase order

Manage a return request from the purchase order details.

  • Select items, quantities and a reason, then follow the request status and communication history.
  • Email sending and a WhatsApp chat with a prefilled message are supported. WhatsApp messages still need to be sent manually.
  • A request does not automatically move stock or issue a credit. Requested quantities are checked against received quantities.

CRM, representation and B2B orders

More consistent workflows for mandates, collections and orders.

  • Mandates and collections can be selected independently, within the user’s visibility permissions.
  • Representation, distribution and direct sales use a shared order flow. Authorised users can create missing price lists.
  • Drafts do not move stock. Own-product sales track variant quantities; represented brands remain separate from company stock.
  • Connecting a mailbox uses a clearer dialog within the mail workspace, keeping other CRM navigation accessible.

Commissions and documents: work in progress

Tools for statements, proformas and invoicing integration have been added, with activation and live validation still required.

  • Prepare commission statements, PDF proformas and configurable tax profiles, without applying universal tax rates.
  • The Fatture in Cloud integration now distinguishes document creation, verification and transmission, with operator confirmation.
  • Operational availability requires configuration and testing with the provider account. These changes do not demonstrate a real tax submission or support for every tax scenario.

Clearer POS screens and reports

Checkout controls and analytics adapt better to the available space.

  • The POS bottom bar, buttons and totals fit different screen sizes more consistently.
  • Missing operational location details have been restored in tables.
  • Reports can combine blocks, charts and tables, with saved layouts, refresh and team sharing.
  • Improved report saving and recovery when your session requires you to sign in again.

Sign-in and shop configuration

A more consistent journey through login, registration and account selection.

  • More consistent sign-in and verification-code screens, with clearer error and session handling.
  • Language preferences are shared across compatible Esdra surfaces. Remembering a device remains an explicit choice.
  • Shop configuration uses a persistent conversation with EVA so you can resume your work.
  • The dropshipping console becomes available after the required setup is completed.

EVA and support

Improvements to conversation continuity and supported operational requests.

  • Better recognition of supported EVA commands and recovery of requests that could previously remain only described in chat.
  • Operations continue to respect required permissions and confirmations.
  • The support centre provides clearer Learn links and supports images in quick support requests.

Learn, community and notifications

Guides, feedback and conversations are closer to everyday work.

  • Access Learn and submit feedback from different Esdra workspaces.
  • Improvements to guides, proposals and comments, including images and community interactions.
  • Notification panels show read/unread status and link to the related content. Availability depends on service activation on the portal.

Integrations: better visibility and a pilot workflow

Technical tools make data exchanges easier to understand.

  • Integration diagnostics in the developer portal, scoped to the account with sensitive data redacted.
  • The MagicStore catalogue import pilot introduces mapping, a change preview and confirmation before execution.
  • Workflow editing, starter templates and execution summaries help verify operations. This remains a pilot, not general support for every provider or for customer and order imports.
